- Writing – range of texts to communicate information, ideas and opinions, using formats and styles suitable for their purpose and audience

You will be taught through classroom sessions, practical activities, group activities. If you are completing this qualification as part of your apprenticeship, this will be included in your 1 to 1 sessions.

Entry Requirements
You need to have been a resident in the UK, EU or EEA for the past 3 years and should be at least 16 years old. To enrol on the course at this level you must not hold an equivalent or higher qualification.

The course will be assessed via online assessments.
Progression Opportunities
After successfully completing the course you can progress onto a Functional Skills Qualification in English at Level 2.
